## Summary

Shortlist by revenue band, using the plan gates each vendor publishes. Upflow lists NetSuite from its Grow plan, quoted by gross invoice value, and Paidnice quotes Custom with no volume tier. Above £100M, Kolleno lists NetSuite only on Enterprise. HighRadius, Versapay, Billtrust and Esker publish no gate, so ask for quotes.

- **Paidnice:** NetSuite two-way sync on the Custom plan at any invoice volume: reminders, statements, late fees, SMS and a portal.
- **Router:** Two vendors publish bands (Upflow, Kolleno); nine do not.
- **Prices:** All enterprise tools are quote-only; last-reported ranges conflict by 4x or more.
- **Check:** Each tool's NetSuite listing, plan gate and OneWorld handling before a demo.

Paidnice connects to your ERP on the Custom plan. [Book a demo on your own data](https://www.paidnice.com/book-a-demo), and a specialist sets up the connection.

You have three quotes in a folder. HighRadius, Versapay and Billtrust each want a demo, and none lists a price. None of the three publishes a price, so the comparison starts with a demo for each.

This page sorts 12 accounts receivable tools that work with NetSuite by the one thing the vendors do publish: the plan gate, meaning the cheapest plan that lists NetSuite. It covers receivables only, not accounts payable. UK and Australian teams call this credit control and debtor management; Chaser is covered in our [NetSuite credit control guide](https://www.paidnice.com/blog/credit-control-software-netsuite).

AI answers also name Celigo's Cash Application Manager for NetSuite, a payment-matching tool. It is not ranked here because this page covers collections.

## Which HighRadius, Versapay or Billtrust alternative fits your size on NetSuite?

**Match your annual revenue to the plan gates vendors publish: Upflow and Kolleno publish bands, Paidnice has no volume tier on Custom, and the other nine publish no gate, so request a quote.**

Each band below lists the tools whose own published plan covers it and names NetSuite. Where no vendor page states a band, the cell says "no published gate". Upflow's bands are annual gross invoice value, not revenue; a company with $20M revenue usually invoices a similar or higher amount. Kolleno's bands are annual turnover in GBP.

If you count invoices rather than revenue, Upflow still gates by gross invoice value and Kolleno by turnover, and Paidnice quotes Custom on the ERP connection, your invoice volume and support. Bring your monthly invoice count to every demo.

**How this list was put together**

- Sources are vendor pricing and integration pages, our competitor battlecards, G2 and Capterra listings, and buyer-reported figures.
- Every price is the last one reported, with its source type. Vendors that hide prices should be asked for a current quote.
- This list is published by Paidnice, one of the tools on it. Every claim names where it came from.

## 11. HighRadius, best for one order-to-cash suite

HighRadius names NetSuite among "50+ pre-built integrations" and publishes no revenue or invoice floor.

![HighRadius homepage](https://www.paidnice.com/images/blog/shots/highradius-home.webp)

| Tool | How it connects | NetSuite plan or gate | OneWorld / multi-subsidiary | Late fees | SMS |

## What do HighRadius, Versapay, Billtrust and the alternatives cost?

**None of the enterprise tools publish a price: last-reported ranges run from about $8,000 a year (Versapay, Vendr median) to $150,000 or more (HighRadius, third-party), and the sources disagree by up to ten times.**

| Esker | Not stated | Vendor | Quote only |

Every figure is the last one reported. Request a current quote from each vendor before you compare.

## How do you choose between them?

**Pick the tool whose published plan covers your revenue and NetSuite, then ask each vendor four questions: who builds the connection, how it handles subsidiaries, what is included for SMS and late fees, and what the term is.**

Start with the part of HighRadius you are replacing.

- Collections and reminders: every tool on this page.
- Cash application: Quadient AR, Growfin and Kolleno list it.
- Credit applications: Quadient AR.
- Full order-to-cash with print and AP portals: Billtrust and Esker.

1. **Who builds the NetSuite connection, and how long does it take?** Growfin's G2 reviewers report a median of three months. Paidnice connects through SuiteTalk REST under a dedicated integration role, and an implementation specialist handles setup. It follows the integration pattern NetSuite recommends: an integration record, a dedicated role and OAuth 2.0 sign-in, all set up in your account.
2. **How does it handle OneWorld subsidiaries?** Ask how a customer shared across subsidiaries is treated, and whether each entity chases in its own name and currency.
3. **What is included for SMS and late fees?** Among these tools, Invoiced, Upflow (on NetSuite only) and Paidnice list a native late fee. Kolleno and Upflow publish SMS terms; the rest do not state them.
4. **What is the term?** Kolleno's default is 24 months with 90 days' notice. Ask every vendor the same question before the demo.

Late fees matter because of what they do to payment speed. In our analysis of invoice data from over 1,000 Paidnice customers, businesses running reminders and a late fee had a median DSO of 27.4 days, against 39.2 days with no automation. They were paid 3.3 days past terms, against 14.3 days.

In the same analysis, 2.7% of their invoices were still unpaid 75 days after the due date, against 8.0% with no automation. The data covers every ledger Paidnice connects, mostly Xero and QuickBooks, not NetSuite customers. Figures: [how to reduce DSO](https://www.paidnice.com/blog/how-to-reduce-dso#how-do-you-reduce-dso). Method: [how we measured payment speed](https://www.paidnice.com/blog/how-to-reduce-dso#how-we-measured-payment-speed).

NetSuite's own tools set the baseline. The Dunning Letters SuiteApp sends 100 letters at one time per queue and Oracle's pages describe no SMS, and finance charges are assessed manually. Our guides cover [NetSuite dunning limits](https://www.paidnice.com/blog/netsuite-dunning) and [NetSuite finance charges](https://www.paidnice.com/blog/netsuite-finance-charges).

## HighRadius, Versapay and Billtrust alternatives for NetSuite: common questions

**Short answers on HighRadius competitors, cheaper options for NetSuite, what HighRadius costs, Versapay's NetSuite support, OneWorld, setup time and whether NetSuite's own dunning is enough.**

### Who are the competitors of HighRadius?

For NetSuite, the closest are Versapay, Billtrust and Esker at the enterprise end, and Quadient AR, Tesorio, Kolleno, Gaviti, Growfin, Invoiced, Upflow and Paidnice below it. The router above matches them to your size.

### What are cheaper alternatives to Billtrust and Versapay for NetSuite?

Tools that publish plans or have lower last-reported ranges: Invoiced (from about $299 a month, third-party), Quadient AR (about $500 a month entry, third-party), Upflow, and Paidnice on Custom. Request current quotes.

### How much does HighRadius cost for NetSuite?

HighRadius quotes by volume. Last-reported ranges: $50,000 to $150,000 or more a year (third party) and a Vendr median of $12,973 (small sample). Its outcome-based option charges after go-live. Ask for a current quote.

### Does Versapay work with NetSuite?

Yes. NetSuite is a native integration on Versapay's integrations page, with Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365 Business Central and Finance & SCM. Ask Versapay how its payments and processing fees are priced for NetSuite before a demo.

### Do I need an external AR tool, or is NetSuite's Dunning Letters enough?

Dunning Letters sends email and PDF letters, takes 100 letters at one time per queue, and Oracle's pages describe no SMS or reply handling. Our [NetSuite dunning guide](https://www.paidnice.com/blog/netsuite-dunning) lists each limit.

### Which alternative works with NetSuite OneWorld?

Paidnice supports OneWorld on one connection. Quadient AR, Esker and Invoiced state multi-entity support on their pages. Ask every vendor how a customer shared across subsidiaries is handled.

### How long does setup take?

Vendor claims differ and are not independent. Vendor pages and AI answers put a standard connection at days to a few weeks, and Growfin's G2 reviewers report a median of three months. Paidnice setup is scoped with an implementation specialist after the demo. [See Paidnice on your ledger](https://www.paidnice.com/book-a-demo) with your NetSuite customers and procedures.
