Yes. Set a parent over the group’s companies, and the parent’s statement lists every open invoice across them, with a subtotal for each company. Do the child companies still get their own statements? Not when the statement policy is set to parent customers only. Their invoices go on the parent’s statement, so the group gets one statement in place of one per company. Can the statement go to a team instead of one person? Yes. Send it to a shared inbox such as ap@ or to several people at the parent. Contact routing decides who gets statements, who gets invoices and who gets reminders. Can the group pay everything in one place? Yes. The statement links to the parent’s portal, which shows every company’s invoices. With Stripe connected, the group pays them in one payment and Paidnice applies it to each child invoice. What is a parent customer? A parent customer groups several of your customers into one account, such as a holding company and its subsidiaries. Each company stays its own customer in your ledger.
