Paidnice pricing is set in the currency you prefer. Paidnice holds fixed prices in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, NZD and ZAR, so the amount you see is the amount you are charged, with no exchange rate added on top. In US dollars, Essentials starts at US$69 a month, Pro plans start at US$99 a month, and Custom plans start at US$999 a month.
Yes. Your first 20 actions are free, with no time limit and no credit card. An action is anything Paidnice does for you: an email sent, an SMS sent, a late fee added or an escalation created. There is no separate trial period, so the free actions do not expire.
The new invoices that go through your business each month. Quotes and estimates count as invoices too. If you send 150 invoices and 100 quotes a month, the Pro 300 plan is the right fit.
Every email Paidnice sends: reminders, statements, late fee and discount notices, and quote or estimate reminders. Emails about invoices that were already on your books count too. If you send a statement to 500 customers, that uses 500 emails.
No. Your plan limit counts the new invoices your business raises each month. When you connect Xero or QuickBooks Online, Paidnice picks up the invoices that are already open and starts chasing them, and those do not use your invoice allowance. The emails it sends about them do count toward your email allowance.
Essentials covers email and SMS reminders, statements, late fees and interest, prompt payment discounts and escalation workflows. Pro adds sending from your own email domain, sender profiles, payment plans, multi-currency support, webhook integrations, multiple entities and priority support.
SMS reminders are charged for each message sent, at US$0.10. Like every Paidnice price, SMS is charged in the currency you pay in, at a fixed rate set for that currency and region. You can cap SMS sending in the app.
No. There are no per-seat fees in any currency. Essentials includes 2 team members, and Pro and Custom include unlimited users.
Each plan covers one Xero organisation or QuickBooks Online company. On Pro, each additional entity is US$29 a month, charged in the currency you pay in at the fixed price for that currency, and all entities share one invoice and email allowance. Accountants and bookkeepers can pay for several clients on one account.
Paidnice plans are billed monthly by default. Get in touch if you would like to pay annually, and we will set it up in the currency you pay in.
Yes. Move up to a larger plan whenever your invoice volume grows, and your allowances go up straight away.
Paidnice is month to month. There are no contracts and no lock-ins, and you can cancel at any time with no penalty.
Yes. Most teams are live in 15 minutes. Connect Xero or QuickBooks Online, pick your policies, and test in Safe Mode before anything sends.
Xero, QuickBooks Online and Stripe, plus any tool that accepts webhooks, such as Zapier and Make. Custom plans add ERP integrations such as NetSuite, Dynamics and Sage.
