Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try us for free for 30 days. Our friendly team will work with you to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your needs. Chat to our friendly team to find a solution that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time with no penalty.
What is an invoice actioned?
Each time Paidnice adds a late fee, or prompt payment discount to your invoice is counted as a single invoice action, including repeat late fees. These limits reset each month, and you can keep track of them in your dashboard.
How does billing work?
Plans are per organisation/company, we have multi-org plans if you would like to share the invoices actioned between orgs, or if you are an accountant/bookkeeper and would like to pay for multiple orgs.
What does # of invoices mean?
Paidnice monitors all of the invoices you send per month, and performs an unlimited amount of actions on them (that you determine) to help you get paid quicker.
What is counted an email?
An email counted when Paidnice send an auto-statement, reminder, late fee & discount notification emails.
Is Paidnice easy to setup?
Yes, Paidnice is very user friendly and built for SMEs. Yes, Paidnice is easy to setup, and can be done in only a few minutes. To get an idea of what is required watch our quick start video here.
What apps does Paidnice integrate with?
