Essentials Plan

Pro Plan
Tiered by invoice volume, includes unlimited users plus everything in Essentials, plus custom email domain, email sender profiles, payment plans, multi-currency support, webhook integrations, multiple entities support, and priority support.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time with no penalty.
What is an invoice actioned?
Each time Paidnice adds a late fee, or prompt payment discount to your invoice is counted as a single invoice action, including repeat late fees. These limits reset each month, and you can keep track of them in your dashboard.
How does billing work?
Plans are per organisation/company, we have multi-org plans if you would like to share the invoices actioned between orgs, or if you are an accountant/bookkeeper and would like to pay for multiple orgs.
What does # of invoices mean?
Paidnice monitors all of the invoices you send per month, and performs an unlimited amount of actions on them (that you determine) to help you get paid quicker.
What is counted an email?
An email counted when Paidnice send an auto-statement, reminder, late fee & discount notification emails.
Is Paidnice easy to setup?
