This app is a game changer!Lesley B.
Accounts receivable reporting for Xero and QuickBooks. See DSO, aged receivables, how each customer pays and the cash due each week, so you know who to call first.
Paidnice reads every invoice and payment in your ledger. The dashboard turns it into the numbers you act on each day.
The dashboard shows what is outstanding, your DSO and what is overdue, then every action Paidnice has lined up. Drafts wait for your approval, and scheduled actions run on their own.
See every unpaid invoice by how late it is, as a board or a list. Each card shows the days overdue, and the report exports by contact for your accountant.
Paidnice charts unpaid invoices by the date each customer usually pays: the due date plus that customer’s average days to pay. See the cash expected each week, and what is already late.
Every customer starts at 100 and loses points for paying late and for what is overdue now. The score sits next to their name, from Excellent to High risk, so you know who to call first. More on credit scoring.
Email performance shows the open rate, the share paid within 7 days and the money collected for each template, so you keep the reminders that work and fix the ones that do not.
Save a filtered view of your invoices or customers and have it emailed as a CSV each week or month, to up to 10 people on your team.
“Our receivables 'Days Sales Outstanding' dropped from 113 days in January to around 60 by March half of that by May 15. We're at 31.6 days as of today.”
“The dashboard is well laid out and gives useful data at a glance.”
“I really appreciate the weekly AR reports so I know what is going on at the properties.”
All of it comes from your Xero or QuickBooks data, refreshed as invoices and payments sync.

Paidnice builds it from your Xero or QuickBooks invoices: DSO, aged receivables, a credit score for each customer, results for each reminder and a forecast of the cash that will land.
Days Sales Outstanding is the average number of days it takes to get paid. A common formula is accounts receivable divided by sales for a period, times the days in that period. Paidnice calculates it for you and shows the trend. Try the DSO calculator.
DSO counts every open invoice. Days sales overdue only counts the part that is past due, so it shows how much of your DSO comes from late payment. Paidnice shows both.
Yes. Paidnice forecasts each week the cash that will land, based on how each customer has paid before. You can also see expected payments by due date or by expected date. Forecasting is on every plan.
Every customer starts at 100 and loses points for paying late and for what is overdue now, with recent behavior counting most. Scores fall into bands from Excellent to High risk, and you can tune the weights and the bands. The score comes from each customer’s payment history with you.

Great hands on experience. Ashley helped us through everything.
I’ve contacted support a few times, and Denym has always replied with really detailed and thoughtful explanations, even taking the time to jump on a video call to help.
So happy with the service provided by Ashley at Paidnice. The best service I have had from anyone in years.
Very simple to set up and the few questions we had were quickly and expertly dealt with by Denym. It has already made a huge difference to our debtor days and has massively helped.
