Really saved us time in helping customers settle multiple part paid Xero invoices in a single Stripe payment. Plugs this hole in Xero functionality. The Paidnice team were responsive and effective when I had support issues and creative with workarounds for our particular needs.

Paidnice is a brilliant Xero app. While I'm sure the user interface could be fancier, it is so great at the core problems it sets out to help businesses solve. We have seen a reduction in late payments and bad debt, in a relatively short timeframe since using it. The customer support is second to none, and compared to competitors in this space, it does as much if not more, and offers excellent value for money. Can't recommend highly enough.

The app is easy to use does what it claims to do and has already started to show improvements in our Accounts Receivable with less effort from the accounts team. But the main reason is the responsiveness of the team behind Paidnice. Excellent customer service and support.

Since we started using Paidnice only a short time ago, we have seen a drastic improvement in how much quicker our clients are paying our invoices. The whole accounts receivable process is totally automated now and being able to set up a customisable set of emails for different client groups has been great.

We moved to Paidnice late in December 2024 when our Receivables (and their age) were hitting records highs. For context, we do strictly business-to-business, and the majority of clients are manufacturing .. and these days those clients are stretching their payables a lot, and that might be an understatement.

January 15, our receivables had hit 113 days with about 76% being overdue.

In the 5 months since..
Our receivables 'Days Sales Outstanding' dropped from 113 days in January to around 60 by March half of that by May 15. We're at 31.6 days as of today. [So 113 > 31.6 in 5 months!]

OVERDUE invoices made up 75.5% of our invoices in January and today .. they represent 27.3% or our receivables, and 8.6 DSO.

In our setup Paidnice sends reminders for every invoice, a week before the due date, a week after and then again regularly. It also send out full statements to all but a few clients that we've whitelisted (because they pay like clockwork).

Paidnice has had a huge impact on our AR and we do absolutely recommend it.

Very user friendly platform to calculate interest due at a good price. Denym (app author) is quick to respond to enquiries and is a pleasure to work with. Lastly, spending some time on finer customisation (additional settings) can help you to get the best from the app.

Paidnice removes the need for business owners to manually check invoices to ensure late fees are added correctly. You just need to set it up once, and then let it do its thing. This gives back time to the business owner to focus on more important things.

I would recommend this app because it has helped me to stay on top of my A/R collections. The automation has saved me time in sending and the collection process. Customers are paying much faster now by my firm using this app.

Paidnice has been very helpful in reminding our clients when their invoices are due. Simple to setup and has features such as SMS and email reminders, furthermore, the ability to add admin fees / late fees to overdue invoices does entice usually late-paying clients to pay on time.
