Sub-processors

The third parties we use, what they do, and where the data sits.

Last updated 20 August 2026

Paidnice Limited engages the third parties below to help deliver our accounts receivable automation services. This page forms Annex 5 of the Paidnice Data Processing Addendum, and it is the "Subprocessor Site" referred to in section 8 of that document.

Each sub-processor is bound by a written contract with data protection obligations no less protective than those in our DPA. Paidnice remains liable for the acts and omissions of every sub-processor.

Platforms you connect yourself

Xero, QuickBooks Online and any payment provider you connect are not Paidnice sub-processors. You hold the relationship with those providers directly, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Paidnice reads and writes data in those platforms only as you instruct.

Changes to this list

When we engage a new sub-processor, we update this page and notify customers by email at the contact address held for service communications. You then have 15 days to object in writing on reasonable data protection grounds, under section 8(d) of the DPA.

To receive notice of changes, or to raise an objection, email our Privacy Officer at [email protected].
