"We saw a great improvement in the average time to pay across all clients and the subscription cost is more than covered by the interest generated, so it pays for itself."

Keep the inventory system you already run.

Paidnice does not raise invoices or replace your inventory software. It picks up what has already reached your accounts.

How it works

Does Paidnice work with Unleashed?

Many wholesale distributors we work with invoice from an inventory system like Unleashed, Cin7, Katana, or Fishbowl. Those systems push the invoice into Xero or QuickBooks, and Paidnice reads it from there. Nothing changes about how you pick, ship, or invoice. Paidnice only needs the invoice to land in your ledger, which those integrations already do.

Can a wholesale distributor charge late fees or interest?

Many wholesale distributors' trade terms and credit applications promise a finance charge on past-due balances that rarely gets applied in practice. Paidnice applies the rate you set, on the schedule you set, and shows the calculation on the statement. Rules on maximum rates vary by state, so check what your terms and your state allow, and set the rate to match.

Can one chain with several store accounts get one statement?

Wholesale chains often buy through separate child accounts for each store. Paidnice rolls those into one consolidated parent statement: every store, every open invoice, and the interest on the past-due balance, in one PDF emailed to their accounts payable. The buyer reconciles one document instead of five, and your office manager sends none of them by hand.

What happens when a customer disputes one shipment?

Distributors deal with short-ships and damaged pallets, and one disputed invoice should not stall the whole account. Take that invoice out of the policy by its number and the rest of the trade account keeps its normal schedule: reminders, the statement, and the finance charge all carry on without the disputed line.

Will this upset the key accounts we depend on?

Wholesale margins live on a handful of anchor accounts, so you set a different policy for them. Key accounts might get a gentle reminder and a monthly statement, while small trade accounts get the full ladder up to a credit hold. Every email comes from your own domain, so it reads as your office following procedure.

Can I see what goes out before it sends?

Distributors guard account relationships, so Paidnice has an approval mode. Every reminder, statement, and finance charge sits in a queue for you to review, edit, or skip before it goes anywhere. Once the wording and timing feel right, switch groups to fully automatic one at a time, starting with the small accounts.
