and counting

Every collection call, on the record

Your team calls from the customer’s page. Paidnice keeps what was said, so the next person picks up where the last call ended.

Call the customer from their page

Press Call on the customer’s page. Each contact person is listed with their numbers, so you pick who to call.

Every call recorded and transcribed

Paidnice records the call and writes a two-sided transcript with timestamps. Nobody has to type up call notes.

A short summary, saved to Xero or QuickBooks

Paidnice writes a short summary of each call and saves it to Xero or QuickBooks as a note. The full transcript stays in Paidnice.

Every call your team makes, in one list

The Calls page shows each call with the customer, who called, how long it took and the summary. Click a call to read the transcript.

Calls that start from your escalations

Set the day an overdue invoice escalates to a phone call. Paidnice assigns it to the right person with your call script and notifies them.

How in-app calling works

Paidnice records each call, keeps the transcript and sends a short summary to Xero or QuickBooks, next to the invoices, reminders and escalations for each customer.

In-app calling questions

What is in-app calling?

In-app calling means you phone a customer from inside Paidnice instead of dialing from a separate phone system. Paidnice records the call, writes a transcript and a short summary, and saves them to the customer’s timeline.

How do I call a customer from Paidnice?

Open the customer’s page, press Call and choose the person to call. Talk from your browser, or Paidnice rings your own phone first and then connects you to the customer.

Are calls recorded?

Yes. Paidnice records each call to write the transcript. Depending on your region, you can play a recording notice before the call connects, or leave it off. Paidnice also shows a notice on every call: “This call is recorded for the transcript. Let the customer know if your region requires it.”

Can I leave a voicemail?

Yes. If the customer does not answer, you can leave a voicemail on the same call. Calling is outbound only, so customers cannot call Paidnice back or leave a voicemail there.

Does the call summary go to Xero or QuickBooks?

Yes. The short summary goes to Xero or QuickBooks as a note on the invoice or the contact, so your ledger shows what was agreed. The full transcript stays in Paidnice.

Who makes the calls?

A person on your team makes every call. Paidnice records, transcribes and summarizes it for you.

Can I see every call my team has made?

Yes. The Calls page lists every call with the date, the customer, the person called, who called, the duration and the summary. Click a call to read the full transcript.

How do I ask for payment on the call?

Name the invoice, the amount and the due date, ask when it will be paid, and agree on a date before you hang up. Read how to ask for payment over the phone.

Which plans include in-app calling?

The Pro plan and above. See pricing.
