📑 Auto-send customer statements
Automate and send customer statements weekly or monthly. Includes summary of all outstanding invoices, age of debt.

⬇️ Download PDF statements
In the Contacts tab, you can now view and download customer statements of outstanding balances.
💰 Generate statement/account interest
Automatically calculate interest charges per month/week against all overdue invoices, sending this direct to your customer. Learn more about how it works here.
Statement interest is available on every plan.
📅 Change late fee invoice due date
When issuing a late fee as a new invoice, you can now opt for the due date to be the date of the late fee, instead of the original invoice's due date.
⏰ Grace period - exclude weekends
Add an option on your grace periods to only count weekdays.
⚙️ Group auto-assign
Automatically have Xero group contacts added into Paidnice groups when they are updated.
👥 Additional contact imports
Additional people inside of your Xero contacts are now imported and included in your communication.
