For charities and nonprofits on Xero or QuickBooks Online, Paidnice chases every overdue contract, membership and event invoice, takes the payment and adds the interest to the statement.
No credit card. Your first 20 actions are free.
Email and text reminders go out on the schedule you set, to the accounts payable team at the council, the trust or the sponsor, from your own domain.
"We deal mostly with large b2b where our invoices often go missing during the approval process. Paidnice automates our outreach and statements allowing us to be paid much faster."
Statements go out on the day you choose, with interest on the overdue balance recalculated at send. A county with several departments gets one consolidated statement.
"The time-consuming task of chasing debt and sending statements is now a thing of the past, as everything is handled automatically."
Every reminder and statement carries a pay button, and a sponsor or member pays several open invoices at once on your own branded portal.
"Really saved us time in helping customers settle multiple part paid Xero invoices in a single Stripe payment."
Late fees, statement interest or early payment discounts, set per contact group, so the funders you choose stay exempt. Under the UK Late Payment Act, public authorities count as businesses (section 2(7)), so a charity delivering a public contract can claim statutory interest on late invoices.
"We saw a great improvement in the average time to pay across all clients and the subscription cost is more than covered by the interest generated, so it pays for itself."
When reminders run out, it escalates to a call task for your finance lead or treasurer, with the payer's balance, average days to pay and rating attached.
"Paidnice has been exactly what we were looking for to help address the ongoing challenge of past-due invoices."
Paidnice does not raise invoices or replace your CRM. It picks up what has already reached your accounts. It works alongside Beacon and Wave CRM on Xero. Paidnice chases invoiced income (service contracts, memberships, events and corporate partnerships), not donations, Gift Aid or direct debit giving.

It’s the debt collection system I’ve been looking for, for the last 15 years.
Many charities we work with raise invoices from a CRM such as Beacon or Wave CRM. Those tools create the invoice in Xero, and Paidnice reads it from there. Nothing changes about how you run contracts, memberships or events. Paidnice only needs the invoice to land in your ledger, which those integrations already do.
Charities and nonprofits invoicing a business or public body can, where the contract or the law allows. In the UK, the Late Payment Act treats public authorities as businesses, so a council or NHS contract carries statutory interest. Paidnice applies the rate you set and shows the calculation on the statement. Rules vary by country and state, so match the rate to your terms.
Nonprofits often invoice one county or council through separate departments, each with its own purchase order. Paidnice rolls those into one consolidated parent statement: every department, every open invoice and the interest on the overdue balance, in one file emailed to accounts payable. Their finance team reconciles one document, and your bookkeeper sends none of them by hand.
Charities deal with purchase order mismatches and queried milestones, and one disputed invoice should not stall the whole account. Take that invoice out of the policy by its number and the rest of the account keeps its normal schedule: reminders, the statement and the interest all carry on without the disputed line.
Nonprofits live on a few long-term partners, so you set a different policy for them. A council contract might get a gentle reminder and a monthly statement, while event and membership invoices get the full ladder up to a call task. Every email comes from your own domain, so it reads as your finance team following procedure.
Charities and nonprofits pay from US$69, Β£49 or A$99 a month on Essentials, priced by invoice volume, not revenue. There are no contracts, and your first 20 actions are free.
