Every overdue fee invoice gets chased, not just the big ones.

Email and text reminders go out on the schedule you set, to the parent or organization that pays the fee, from your own domain.

Paidnice does not raise invoices or replace your school management software. It picks up what has already reached your accounts. It works alongside ThinkSmart and Sentral on Xero. Paidnice chases the fee invoices a school raises in Xero or QuickBooks Online to families and organizations.

How it works for schools and education providers

Does Paidnice work with ThinkSmart or Sentral?

Many schools we work with raise fee invoices from school management software such as ThinkSmart or Sentral. Those tools push the invoice into Xero, and Paidnice reads it from there. Nothing changes about how you enroll or bill. Paidnice only needs the invoice to land in your ledger, which those integrations already do.

Can a school charge late fees or interest on unpaid fees?

Schools and education providers usually have a late payment clause in the fee agreement that rarely gets applied. Paidnice applies the rate you set, on the schedule you set, and shows the calculation on the statement. Rules vary by state and country, so check what your agreement and local rules allow, and set the rate to match.

Can parents pay term fees in installments?

Schools can split one fee invoice into installments with a payment plan. Paidnice moves the invoice due date to the next installment, reminds the parent before each payment date, and can charge a saved card or bank account when Stripe is connected. A missed installment makes the invoice overdue again, so normal reminders and late fees apply from that date.

Can a family with several children get one statement?

Schools often bill each child on a separate account. Paidnice rolls those into one consolidated parent statement: every child, every open invoice, tuition and extras, and the interest on the overdue balance, in one file emailed to the parent. The family sees one document instead of three, and your bursar sends none by hand.

Will this upset the families we have long relationships with?

Schools and education providers depend on goodwill, so you set a different policy per group. Families on an agreed plan might get a gentle reminder and a monthly statement, while overdue extras get the full ladder up to a task for the bursar. Every email comes from your own domain, so it reads as your school office following procedure.

What does Paidnice cost for schools and education providers?

Schools and education providers pay from US$69, Β£49 or A$99 a month on Essentials, priced by invoice volume, not revenue. There are no contracts, and your first 20 actions are free.
